How do we access the 24-Hour Fitness Center?

Get Your Access Card: Obtain your 24-hour access key/card at the Front Desk of the Fitness Center (buisness hours only) for a one-time fee of $10. If your card is lost, replacement cards are available for $20 each.
Eligibility: Please note that 24-hour access is exclusively available to individuals aged 18 and above. No family sharing is permitted, and every eligible member must have their own access card.
Valid ID and Photo: During the enrollment process for 24-hour access, all guests and members are required to provide a valid ID, and a recent photograph must be saved on your YMCA account.
Personal Access: To enter the facility during unstaffed hours, 24-hour members must use their individual access key/card. In case of any issues, call the Y during regular operating hours for assistance.
Consistent Entrance: For your convenience and safety, please use the same designated entrance and exit when enjoying the 24-hour benefit. Emergency exits are reserved for true emergencies.
Scan Your Membership Card: Once inside, remember to scan your membership card at the check-in station located just inside the door.

Members enjoying our 24-hour access privilege are kindly reminded that they cannot extend access to others, even if they are acquainted. The granting of unauthorized access may result in the immediate termination of membership.

To participate in our 24-hour access program and enjoy its added convenience, we kindly request all members to provide us with a secure photo ID on file.

Rest assured, we maintain a vigilant eye on safety with our 24-hour video recording system, carefully reviewed daily to address any security concerns and monitor access to the building. In case of emergency, a telephone is conveniently located at our Member Services desk for immediate assistance. Remember, in the event of a true emergency, please dial 911.

It's important to note that if there is a power outage after regular operating hours, our 24-hour access will temporarily be unavailable.

Is the Kid Zone available during 24-Hour Access?

During the 24-hour access period, please be aware that the Kid Zone will not be open for use. We kindly ask parents and guardians to plan their visits accordingly, as the Kid Zone services are available during our regular operating hours. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in ensuring the safety and well-being of our young members.

Late or Unpaid Memberships:

To continue enjoying the convenience of 24-hour access, please ensure your membership dues are current. In the event of overdue payments, access privileges may be temporarily suspended. However, once your account is brought up to date, your access key/card will be reactivated within 24 hours, or the following business day if the update occurs over the weekend.
