Girls 14-18 Years Old
Fridays from 5-6pm, Starting 4/3/26
Workshop Attendees will have the opportunity to qualify for the 300 lb. club at the end of the class
300 lb. Club (Max combined deadlift, bench and squat)
Cost: $75 for Members/ $90 for Non-Members
