This class is designed to be a continuation of our YST Program. The class will consist of 5 1-hour sessions and provide in-depth instruction on fundamental lifts, activators for movements, and accessory lifts.
Requirements: Youth 14+ who have taken YST
Class will be June 16th - July 1st Tuesdays & Thursdays 9:00-10:00 am
Cost: $35 Members/$50 Non-Members
