YOGA

This class links posture and breath through movement; it is dynamic and heat-producing. Classes consist of traditional standing and seated postures that focus on strength, alignment and opening. Breath awareness and control are integral and therefore emphasized. All levels are welcome and encouraged.

Yoga classes are held:

Mondays at 11:30 AM and 5:30 PM in Studio 2.

Tuesdays at 5:00 AM in Studio 1.

Wednesdays at 4:20 PM and 6:30 PM in Studio 2.

Thursdays at 5:00 AM in Studio 1.

There is also a 3rd Friday Yoga Workshop at 5:30 PM in Studio 1.
