Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays – starting May 1st 8:30 – 9:30 AM, Studio 2
An introductory version of Enhance Fitness , this class can be done entirely in a chair as needed per individual attendee. Exercises will help individuals perform everyday activities; perfect for those dealing with chronic illness or physical recovery. Focus on real life functional movement patterns are done in a safe, fun and creative way. Core training, balance and flexibility are all included to provide a well-rounded program. This class will help you feel more confident to take on daily activities with more energy. This class is appropriate for all ages and fitness levels, and especially for those just starting an exercise program. Encourage a family member or friend to attend; help by giving them a ride to the Y. Exercise enhances the mind and the body!
