OPEN FITNESS HOUR

This is a members only program

Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 6:00-7:00am
at the Fitness Center
Upon registration you will be provided a PIN number that will get you access to the facilities. This PIN number changes monthly, so be sure to register every month.
Under 15 must pass youth strength training in order to come in without an adult.
