8 Week Program!
Boys 14-18 Years Old
Fridays from 6-7 PM, starting 04/03/26
Workshop attendees will have the opportunity to qualify for the 500 lb. club at the end.
500 lb. club (Max Combined Deadlift, Bench, and Squat)
Cost: $75 for Members/ $90 for Non-Members
