Young Gymnast

Dance | Tumbling | Gymnastics Instructor

Part-Time Position – Baker County YMCA Do you have a passion for movement, rhythm, and helping kids gain confidence through physical activity? The Baker County YMCA is looking for a creative and energetic Instructor to lead in either Dance/Tumbling or Gymnastics in a fun, supportive, and safe environment. What You’ll Do: Lead and instruct youth dance, tumbling, and beginner gymnastics classes with enthusiasm and care. Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages growth, creativity, and self-confidence. Teach fundamental skills appropriate for each age group and skill level. Set up and take down class equipment as needed. Communicate clearly and professionally with students, parents, and YMCA staff. What We’re Looking For: Experience in dance, tumbling, or gymnastics instruction (or related field). Positive attitude and love for working with children. Strong communication and time management skills. Ability to maintain a safe and structured learning environment. CPR certification (or willingness to complete within 60 days—we’ll provide it for free). Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Perks: Make a meaningful impact on local youth. Cooking/Art Instructor

Location: Baker County YMCA Schedule: Part-time | Flexible hours based on program schedule Overview: Are you creative, engaging, and passionate about teaching? We’re looking for enthusiastic Cooking and Art Instructors to lead youth and/or adult programs that spark creativity, build skills, and bring joy to our community. Whether it’s painting or pasta, your class could be the highlight of someone’s week! Volleyball Team Huddle

Sesonal Volleyball Coordinator

Position: Seasonal Volleyball Coordinator Hours: Part-time, evenings & weekends required The Baker County YMCA is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Volleyball Coordinator to lead our seasonal youth volleyball program. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the program, including organizing teams, scheduling games and practices, and serving as the main point of contact for parents and participants. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and time management skills, enjoy working with kids, and bring a passion for volleyball. Previous experience coaching or coordinating sports is preferred but not required. Responsibilities include: Communicating with parents, players, and YMCA staff Organizing teams and schedules Leading and supporting volunteer coaches Ensuring a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all participants Requirements: Flexible schedule (evenings & weekends required) Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work with kids and families in a positive manner A love for volleyball and youth sports
