CYCLING

An overall cardio and fitness workout including strength training using stationary bicycles.

This class offers varying levels of intensity for the different needs of participants.  Beginners to advanced students are encouraged to attend and will benefit from this class.

Evening classes are extended by 15 minutes following the main one hour class on the bikes, to offer core strength and stretching exercises.

 

Cycling classes are in the Y Theater at the Fitness Center at the following times:

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 5:00 AM

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 12:15 PM

Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:30 PM

HIIT Cycling is also available:

Mondays and Wednesdays at 8:15 AM
