YMCA CHILD CARE CENTER

All admission and enrollment forms must be completed and enrollment fee and first tuition
payment paid prior to your child’s first day of attendance.
An enrollment fee of $25 is due at the time of enrollment. This fee is non-refundable.
A two-week, non-refundable tuition deposit is required for each child enrolled. This deposit will
be held without interest and will represent tuition payment for the last two weeks of the child’s
enrollment.
Based on the availability and openings, our facility admits children from 6 weeks of age to 5
years of age.
Children are admitted without regard to race culture, sex, religion, national origin, or disability.
We do not discriminate on the basis of special needs as long as a safe, supportive environment
can be provided.
