Once a month, we now have an orientation to prepare our members for Fitness Center use. Are you new to the Y, or not sure which equipment to use or how to use it? Take our Adult Strength Training Orientation to learn:
- Strength training techniques
- How to create your own well-rounded, safe workout (warm-up, strength/cardio, cool-down, flexibility)
- Benefits of strength training
- Character values of the Y
Participants will learn proper form and technique while going through an actual workout together.
