Start Strong, Stay Strong

with Youth Strength Training

Once a month, we have a class for 10-14 year-olds to learn strength training techniques and safety. They will receive training on the equipment available in the Fitness Center as well. After completion, students are able to have access to the Fitness Center equipment with a parent to supervise them.

COST: FREE for Members; $15 for Non Members

WHEN: WEDNESDAY, JUNE 14th at 5:00 PM  or  FRIDAY, JUNE 16th at 1:00 PM.
