TRX Suspension Training
TRX Suspension Training utilizes functional movements, used in everyday life, with major emphasis on stability, proprioception, strength and body weight-driven exercises. Suspension Training is all about core strength and precise execution of the exercise being performed. Every class offers variety with different instruction and format. Join TRX instructor Ashlee Yerrick and challenge yourself to something new!
TRX Strong classes are held in Studio 2 at the Fitness Center on Wednesdays at 5:15am.
