STRENGTH YOGA

This multi-level class includes opportunities to explore intermediate to advanced poses. All levels are welcome. Beginners are encouraged to talk to instructor before class for assistance with appropriate poses for their individual level.

Strength Yoga classes are held in Studio 2 at the Fitness Center on Mondays at 5:00am and Tuesdays at 4:30pm.
