FEE BASED FITNESS CLASSES

Occasionally, we have fee based group fitness classes, as well as fee based year-round Karate classes.

Try our 8-Week-Body Blast that is taught by our personal trainer! Three days a week with a group of at least 10, this class will make you sweat, and you will see results.

Our Karate program runs most of the year, twice a week. Beginners to black belts, this is a traditional form of Karate that originated in Okinawa, Japan.
